We were blessed to be able to spend the first two weeks in March helping Lighthouse Baptist Church in Harvest, Alabama. We were there with fellow NTCP workers Dewain and Linda Crouch and Ray McCullough. We worked on the platform, finished up on the soffit and fascia and hung interior doors. On March 10th Darrell and Trish Miller came to help from Wilson Creek Baptist Church, our home church. Among other things, Darrel Miller and I worked on the lights and soffit and fascia while they were with us. It was fun fellowshipping with the Millers and their help with the building was greatly appreciated.

On March 14th we pulled our trailer to Union City Baptist Temple in Union City, Tennessee. We spend that Wednesday night service with Pastor Tony Keeton, his wife Laura, and the folks there before heading up to Kansas City for Mary’s dad’s birthday, then on to New Mexico so Mary could speak at a fundraiser for a women’s Christian restoration home.

When we arrived back in Union City we met up with Dewain and Linda Crouch who had made their way from Harvest, Alabama. George and Pattie Davidson had been in Union City helping the church since the project began. We were able to install the drop ceiling in the sanctuary area, bathrooms and several classrooms and offices. We also hung sheetrock and wired lights for the drop ceilings. It was good getting to meet and work with Dan and Michelle Munson before they moved on to their next project. It is a blessing to be able to work beside Pastor Keeton and several of the men from the church as the building progresses. It is our hope to see them move into this new facility prior to our return to Wilson Creek in June to help with Junior Church Camp.

Our future plans . . . . June we will be helping at our home church with Junior Camp and Senior Camp. Future projects this summer in Hampshire, West Virginia, and Texas are all possibilities. Thank you for your many prayers, your kindness to us and the support of the New Testament Church Planting ministry.
