29 Jul First Quarterly Report
The truth found in Ecclesiastes 3:1 causes me to pause and reflect on how quickly time passes and how circumstances play an important role in our lives. Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

As God works in the lives of individuals or churches we find these circumstances affect the planning of all of our New Testament Church Planting members. Much of the winter has been spent in Carson Ms at Cherith Baptist Church. This allowed most of our team to work together finishing the interior of their building. It always a joy to see the first wall go in and begin to get a vision of what the finished product will look like.

Their greatest need was to have windows replaced in their sanctuary and this gave New Testament Church planters the opportunity to assist with finances as well as the labor this is an outside view of the windows going in. Three things were accomplished by installing new windows. First the rapid deterioration of the building was stopped. Second the outside of the building say to the world that we do want to keep God’s house in good order. Thirdly it greatly improved the appearance and comfort for the church family and visitors alike.
Brother Ray McCullough has had the responsibility of staying in touch with pastors, work crews and other volunteers for many years now. He does a great job but his heart is heavy many times when we just do not have the people and resources available to do all the jobs that are waiting. With entire churches scheduled for our assistance in Texas, Missouri, and Colorado on the books already there is the heartache of the emergency calls that need assistance right away.

These pictures of the two different churches one in Anthony Ks. and the other in Webberville Mi speak of the tragedies that strike many churches who find themselves under insured. Our main priority is to assist new churches get into their first building but when we have time between projects our workers stay busy helping churches that have suffered loss
It is truly a joy to see God’s timing and circumstances come together as New Testament Church Planting was able to assist Central Baptist Anthony Ks. and pastor Dave Newkirk after a fire destroyed their facilities. This building replaced the one you see above.

I want to personally thank you for your faithful prayers and support for New Testament Church Planting. God’s circumstances have given us opportunity to better understand how to plan our work and service for Him.
