Thomas & Robyn Isaacson joined WCBC in August of 2020, since moving to the Springfield area from North-Central Pennsylvania, where Bro Isaacson pastored for 12 years. Prior to the pastorate in Shinglehouse, PA they were serving as church planting Missionaries in Romania. Serving with Beacon International Baptist Missions as Missionary as well as developing Bible Institute curriculum for overseas use.
The Isaacson’s have been in full-time Ministry since 2005. Previously, Thomas a Navy veteran of 10 years, was an Electrical Engineer, and worked in the aerospace industry on projects for Boeing as well as NASA. Robyn spent several years in the field of Education. Special Education was her focus, as well as Occupational Therapy. Over her many years in Education, she has worked with all ages of children.
Here at WCBC, Thomas serves on staff as our newest Associate Pastor, where he teaches the Standing Strong class, preaches the Word, and also serves as bookkeeper for New Testament Church Planters ministry, and also Missionary families sent out from WCBC. He is developing our upcoming Wilson Creek Baptist Bible Institute and will coordinate the efforts for Visitation and Witnessing training.
Robyn serves in many aspects here at WCBC. She is gifted vocally and serves in the Choir, and often sings solo church specials. As a “Pastor’s wife” she has a heart for the ladies of the church and is so happy to lend a hand wherever she is needed.
